Real Estate Fees and Disbursements

 

The prices below include all disbursements including title insurance.  Ministry of Finance registration charges ($74.72 including HST for each Transfer/Deed, Mortgage or other document that we are required to register on title) are extra.  Ontario (and, if applicable, Toronto) Land Transfer Taxes charged by the government are extra, but there is a rebate available for first-time buyers.  Please note that transactions closing within 15 days of receipt of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, or mortgages/refinancings where lender's instructions are received within 7 days of closing are subject to additional charges*
