Durham Region Real Estate, Family Lawyers Oshawa, and Estate Planning Law Firm

At Elliott & Hills, our goal is to resolve legal issues as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible while providing exceptional service and support to our clients. We see the practice of law as a helping profession.

Oshawa Lawyers

"It's a privilege to practise in a profession that offers the opportunity to help people and to make a difference in their lives." — Sophie Hills

Our lawyers guide clients through many of life's changes and challenges. Our Lawyers in Oshawa can help you whether you are buying or selling property; facing a divorce, custody, support or other family law issue; need to create or modify an estate plan, or are settling an estate after the loss of a loved one.

We treat our clients with respect, discretion and caring. We will listen as you describe your concerns and then explain the legal issues so that you have the information you need to make the right decisions for you and your family. After thoroughly reviewing your case, we will outline your options and recommend the approach that is best suited to your specific situation.

Communication is key to an effective lawyer-client relationship. Our clients appreciate that we are accessible by phone or e-mail and that we return their communications promptly when we are not immediately available.

To speak with one of our Oshawa Lawyers or to arrange a consultation about your family law, real estate or wills and estates issue, please contact Elliott & Hills by e-mail or call 1 905-571-1774. We represent clients in Oshawa and from the Durham Region and adjacent municipalities.

To Our Valued Clients:

The lawyers and staff at Hills Nolan are taking all necessary precautions to ensure that we keep our work family, our clients and our colleagues as safe as possible during these extraordinary times. We have shifted our office to “virtual” spaces and we will be having meetings by telephone or videoconferences (using Zoom, a video platform). Please contact your lawyer or the responsible clerk via email. Currently, our receptionist and a limited number of staff are attending to deliveries, telephone calls and real estate transactions.

Given the rapidly changing conditions, this may change based on government directives or recommendations. We will do our best to keep you informed in a timely manner if conditions change and we need to adjust our current arrangements. For any new clients, please use the “Contact Us” link on our website.

Any deliveries of documents that cannot be emailed can be brought to the rear door of the office between 9 am and 5 pm. If you intend to drop off any documents, please call our receptionist to let her know. Please ring the bell at the back door and someone will be with you.

The health and well-being of our staff, our clients and our community is our highest priority. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this rather unique time! We must all do our part to “flatten the curve”.

We look forward to continuing to assist you in the same professional, high quality manner that you expect from all of us at Hills Nolan.
